So of all the games i like warband the most and i've gotten the feeling that most people prefer it to the other ones. And now that my conquest of calradia is assured i was wondering what are some of the best mods for it?i'm looking for mods that change the game significantly, like smarter AI that counters players better.
Complete map changes, better combat ai, maybe a mod that adds quests that arent go here do this come back, the works really. There were two i tried that i really liked, the clash of kings mod with its game of thrones inspired map and more difficult fights and wars.
And i like the diplomacy mod.if you can suggest anything similar, i heard something like floris? Idk what that is but any game play mod suggestions would be welcome. All the mods I have tried up to day, have been wonderful to me. Floris Expanded, Prophe'c'y of Pendor, Diplomacy, Nova Aetas and now Silverstag.
Nova Aetas though made me realize that playing a mod that is buggy (I started as soon as v4 came one) it can end with a borked game. Haven't tried v4.1 yet, but 4 resulted unplayable for me.Battle AI always has it's positives and negatives. Like for example, Silverstag seems to have an awesome battle AI.

Enemy groups are organized and the death of the commander does not make them lose any and all composure and charge blindly. It feels like the AI is much more logical. But if the player runs around the Infantry block, it can keep it in a way that the archers will destroy them all, while they try to slowly follow you as a file.Prophesy of Pendor is an awesome mod in my opinion and it was my second mod after Floris. Loved it and all the new additions it had.
Nexus Mods Mount And Blade Warband
I did not feel the difficulty that most people talk about, since the difficulty evolved the fact you have to play it safe at first and avoid most of the rogue enemies. Which seemed normal to me.Later on you fight against really tough units, which indeed are OP. But then again you can recruit OP units too. Not to mention eventually make your own OP unit. Either way, I loved it.
