Im a 923 blood dk and I only recently began attempting to do the Highlords return quest. After about 20 attempts i managed to get into phase 2 about four times before I had to back away due to me getting frustrated. I was just wondering if anybody has some tips for me on how to get through this fight easier, The main issue iv been having is in phase 2 where Korvas is being killed every time by the nether horrors, i try to move kruul out of the way to prevent them from killing her but i just cant seem to move him fast enough. I think I just need to practice the fight more but any tips would be great!

Especially for getting through the second phase:). OOWell, you're only 20 attempts in. Others have spent hundreds. Your item level should make this extremely easy once you stop letting Korvas die.Use Heart Strike to heal yourself and get aggro on the Horrors. Kite Kruul in bigger strides once you have aggro on the Horrors before they start casting.

Korvas will almost always be directly behind Kruul's facing, so you can position him so that the Horrors will not be close to Korvas at all.I think I just need to practice the fight moreYup, pretty much. Use the orbs to interrupt the horrors if they are in a bad spot and you don't have nazgrip up. Otherwise, use them to interrupt a few annihilates if you don't have stun up. Only take about 4 stacks of decay or whatever it's called, that should make phase 1 way more consistent for you.I did it at 904 I think with sephuz and I believe the belt. I would have used Aggramar's stride if it were available. Phase 2 is just kiting Kruul while making sure you are close to the orbs and reacting appropriately to annihilate. IIRC some annihilates line up with the nether horror casts so that's a perfect time to use an orb.

20 attempts lol. I got into p2 on my 4th attempt but only killed him on my 132nd attempt. P2 is super annoying just make sure to agro everything and keep moving around the edge of the platform. If you keep moving that minimises your chances of getting hit with slam.

Dont ever forget to interupt because once he leaches from you you might aswell jump off. With your ilvl it should be a joke i did it on my 905 guardian druid.

Make sure to have your drums and pots etc ready but only use drums when all your cd's are up. Trust me you are going to have wipes at 5% and 10% etc but just dont give up and dont get distracted if you lose focus you going to wipe. Just keep moving and collecting an orb when you need to.
